ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan

Overview

As required by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the City of Cupertino prepared the ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan to describe physical modifications to facilities that will support accessible programs. The Transition Plan identifies a framework for the continuous improvement of Cupertino facilities for people with disabilities, systematically removing barriers based on established program priorities.
