Application Summary

Project Description: Development of a 122-unit housing project on a 6.93-acre site, located on adjacent to the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich Way. Of the 122-units proposed, 24-units will be below market rate (BMR) units. The proposal requests Density Bonus waivers and incentives.

In summary the project includes a mix of residential unit types as follows:

  • 66 Small lot single-family dwellings
  • 56 Townhomes

A Tentative Map (TM-2024-006), Architectural and Site Approval (ASA-2024-011), Conditional Use Permit (U-2024-008), and Tree Removal Permit (TR-2024-033) are required for this proposal.

Effective January 1, 2023, Government Code Section 65103.5 (SB 1214) limits the distribution of copyrighted material associated with the review of development projects.
