Valley Water to provides water conservation rebates to residents and businesses.

All customers must submit an application and receive written approval in the form of a Notice to Proceed before starting any work on their project or purchasing any qualifying equipment. Projects that have been started or projects that have already been completed prior to the Notice to Proceed are not eligible.
