Cupertino Minimum Wage

The Cupertino Minimum Wage will increase from $17.75 to $18.20 per hour effective January 1, 2025.

Ordinance No. 2151(PDF, 8MB), Ordinance of the City of Cupertino to add Chapter 3.37 (Minimum Wage Ordinance) to Title 3 (Revenue and Finance) of the Cupertino Municipal Code to establish a citywide minimum wage.

What to Do if You Are Not Receiving the Minimum Wage

• Your name, mailing address and phone number.
• Name, address, and phone number of the company where you work.
• Manager or owner’s name.
• Type of work you perform.
• How and when you are paid (example: cash or check, every week).

Any additional information you can provide such as copies of pay stubs, personal records of hours worked or other information regarding your employer’s pay practices are helpful.
