Statewide and Regional Housing Policy

The City of Cupertino is monitoring legislation and regional policy measures regarding housing. This page presents information that has been provided to the City Council in connection with those policy measures.

CASA Compact

The CASA Compact is a set of proposed policies intended to address issues associated with housing in the Bay Area at a regional level. It was adopted by the Association of Bay Area Governments and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. The following links are provided for more information:
