  • The care and maintenance of 19 parks and open space:

    City Hall/Civic Center
    Creekside Park
    Franco Park
    Hoover Park
    Jollyman Park
    Library Field
    Linda Vista Park
    Little Rancho Park
    Memorial Park
    Monta Vista Community Center
    Portal Park
    Quinlan Community Center
    Somerset Park
    Sterling Barnhart Park
    Three Oaks Park
    Varian Park
    Wilson Park
    9 Sports field/open space areas at select Cupertino Union School District Sites (CUSD) through a joint use agreement (JUA):
    Hyde Middle School
    Collins Elementary School
    Eaton Elementary School
    Faria Elementary
    Garden Gate Elementary
    Kennedy Middle School
    Lincoln Elementary School
    Regnart Elementary School
    Stevens Creek Elementary
  • Landscape maintenance of 13 City of Cupertino public buildings.
