To look up property information or search past records, no account is needed. To apply for a permit, please create an account on the portal.

To apply for a standard building permit type not on the portal or ask any questions related to Building, please call 408.777.3228 or come to the Building Counter during our weekly hours at 10300 Torre Avenue.

Look up properties in Cupertino by address, owner name or Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for information on the land use and zoning, lot and building(s), assessor values, links to tract, parcel, and assessor maps, and other characteristics such as sanitary district, street sweeping schedule and more.

If the address you are searching for does not autocomplete or does not yield results, that address is not located within of City of Cupertino jurisdiction.

Research online public records.

To browse building permits, navigate to Public Records > Building Department > Building Permits, then select the folder with the correct street name, and then select the street address number.

To search building permits, select Template search, select the building template, and search by the fields in the template.
