Important Notice: Personal information, such as e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, and other contact information are not required to be included with your comments. Written communications to the City Council, Commissioners, or staff regarding agenda items are considered public records and will be posted online, so avoid including personal or private information. These written communications are accessible to the public through the City website and kept in packet archives. Do not include any personal or private information in written communications to the City that you do not wish to make public, as written communications are considered public records and will be made publicly available on the City website.

SUBMITTING WRITTEN COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS

Written communications on agenda items sent after the agenda is posted will be included with the Council materials and made available to the public.

SUBMITTING WRITTEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

For items not on the agenda, such communications will also be included if the sender requests it.

SUBMITTAL DEADLINES

Communications received before 4:00 p.m. on the day of a regular meeting will be posted by 5:00 p.m. Those received after 4:00 p.m. will be posted the next business day.

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS

Email comments to PublicComment@Cupertino.Gov. Emails will be received by each City Councilmember, the City Manager, Deputy City Manager, and the City Clerk’s Office.

Email must contain in the subject line:

or
PUBLIC COMMENT - AGENDA ITEM ## - MEETING DATE
