The northwest green area is operated by San Jose Water per a lease agreement for City-owned water services infrastructure that was executed in 1997 and amended in 2019. The current water services infrastructure lease agreement was renewed after the City issued a request for proposals to identify a leaseholder for future water services in that area using the City’s water services infrastructure.
