The Cupertino Sports Center is a 25,000+ square feet multipurpose facility that features 17 tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, a fitness center with strength training and cardio equipment, free weights, two racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor sport courts, fitness classes, personal training, and a complete locker room.

The Sports Center also offers a variety of classes, camps, group, and private tennis lessons. Tennis socials and inter-club tennis is available through the Cupertino Tennis Club. Pro shop on site. Ball machine rental available.

Fitness Classes

Bombay Jam

This program has a serious focus on integrating fun and fitness! Our custom music mixes are created with the hottest Bollywood tracks and some American Top 40 music, and will motivate you instantly. Bombay Jam includes cardio and toning in one action-packed class.

Bootcamp

Get fit with this total body conditioning class combining strength, resistance, and core training for a full body transformation! Increase endurance, strengthen muscles, improve stability and balance for a strong foundation.

Cardio Pilates

This moderate paced class combines standing and mat based Pilates and toning exercises set to popular music. You will work your core and tone your muscles while moving to the beat of pop songs, old and new.

Full Body Strength and HIIT

Full Body Strength and HIIT training focuses on cardiovascular work while strength training focuses on muscle build.

Strength and Conditioning

Improve your muscle strength and increase lean muscle mass through resistance training. Free weights and stability balls are used to provide a variety of challenging exercises.

Strong Nation

STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music in a high intensity workout to burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. It has options to suit all fitness levels.

TRX/Bootcamp

Join us for a functional, full body workout where we will incorporate strength and cardio intervals to strengthen and tone the body.

Yoga - Hatha, Power Vinyasa, and Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. The poses are designed to improve your muscle strength, core stability, balance, range of motion, and flexibility. Vinyasa power yoga will take you through movements to enhance and relax the body and mind, help you relax and boost your energy.

Zumba

Zumba routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Sports Center Fitness Class Guidelines

(Updated 9/1/23)

  • Members can register for classes 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made by calling the Sports Center.
  • A maximum of 35 people per class and 16 for TRX.
  • Please arrive on time. There is a five-minute grace period.
  • Everyone must bring their own mat, and you must wipe down equipment before and after each use.
  • Child care is not available.
  • Classes are open to those 13 and older.

Personal Training

The Cupertino Sports Center offers members a one-on-one experience. You can choose to train outside, in the gym, or in a private setting. Our trainers will work with you on your specific goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle development, nutrition, problem areas, endurance, strength, conditioning, and much more.

GraceGrace is a NASM-certified personal trainer, ACE functional training specialist, ACE-certified group fitness instructor, and licensed Zumba teacher. Her high energy and goal-oriented training approach along with her broad fitness background empowers her clients to achieve sustainable fitness results.

Jim

JimJim is an AFTA-certified personal trainer who has his BS in Kinesiology and a Master's in Public Health. This fitness and nutrition enthusiast, has experience working with a variety of populations including those with injuries, cancer, and diabetes. His specialties are cardio conditioning, injury rehab, agility, balance, and sport-specific skill development.

Raychel

RaychelRaychel is a ISSA certified personal trainer, yoga, bootcamp, bodysculpting, TRX strength and conditioning instructor. She will develop an adaptive and strength training program to meet your individual goals. Your workout will incorporate high intensity interval training, circuit training, and plyometrics to get you to the next level of fitness.

The Cupertino Sports Center offers year-round classes and camps that cater to a variety of interests. Registration for classes and camps (Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Pickleball, Table Tennis, and Tennis) is available at the Sports Center, the Quinlan Community Center, and online.
