The City of Cupertino offers a variety of indoor spaces for rent across four locations: the Quinlan Community Center, Creekside Park Building, Cupertino Senior Center, and Community Hall. These diverse venues contain rooms that can accommodate groups from 10 to 200 people, making them suitable for occasions such as weddings, receptions, corporate seminars, and meetings. Our experienced staff is available to support your specific event needs.

 



Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all reservations and must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded if no damages occur, the room is left clean, and the event ends on time.

Required Deposit Amounts

  • Cupertino Room - $500
  • Reception Hall  - $500
  • Community Hall - $500
  • Social Room - $300
  • Bay Room - $300
  • Arts and Crafts Room - $300
  • Classroom - $300
  • Senior Center Conference Room - $300
  • Creekside Park Building - $100, or $250 when alcohol is served
  • Quinlan Conference Room - No Deposit Required

Security Staff

Required for the Cupertino Room, Social Room, Reception Hall, and Community Hall if serving alcoholic beverages. Security staff is provided for an additional fee ($43 per hour) from a third party contracted by the City. Must be paid for from rental start to end time, or for a minimum of six hours, whichever is greater.

Liability Insurance

Liability insurance may be required depending on the nature of the rental. Insurance is required when alcohol is served. Contact the Recreation Office at (408) 777-3120 for further details. A $1 million certificate of insurance must be submitted along with an endorsement naming the City of Cupertino as an additional insured. Due 30 days prior to event.
