All rental reservations require 2 hours minimum.
*Additional fees apply if alcohol is served - 1.) Security Staff at $43/hour, 6 hours minimum and 2.) Liability Insurance that includes City of Cupertino as additionally insured.
Overtime Fee
Rentals exceeding, prior to or following, the permitted reservation time shall be charged an overtime fee of 1.5 times the associated hourly fee for any time up to the first half hour.After the first half hour, the charge will be at a rate of 1.5 times the associated hourly fee for every hour thereafter. Charges are deducted from the security deposit or billed if costs exceed the deposit or if no deposit was required.

Rental time must include event time, and group’s time for setup and clean up (e.g., decorations, caterer, DJ, third party rental items). Room setup and tear-down of City furniture and equipment will be done by City staff outside of rental time.
