Applications for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 are due February 9, 2024.
The Parks and Recreation Department is committed to partnering with local civic organizations to produce outstanding community and cultural festivals at Memorial Park.
Event Organizers interested in holding a festival at Memorial Park should first review the City's Memorial Park Festival Policy(PDF, 131KB). This information will allow applicants to review event requirements and understand the event planning process, from submitting an annual application to evaluating an event. Festival applications will be available for submission in early January.
Applicants interested in having festival permit fees and City staffing costs waived can request fee waivers on the application.
