Contact the Parks and Recreation office for program and activity eligibility exceptions. Scholarships are available only to Cupertino residents and Cupertino Unified School District youth annually on a first-come, first-serve basis until annual funds are used. A completed Parks and Recreation activity registration form must be submitted to WVCS for review and approval. Once the applicant is approved by WVCS, customers need to bring the approved registration form to the Quinlan Community Center Recreation office for processing. For further questions or clarifications, please contact their office at (408) 777-3120.
