Creating A Positive, Healthy, Connected Community
Cupertino Biennial Citywide Community Survey
Every few years, the City of Cupertino conducts a Community Survey to get a pulse on overall resident perceptions about living in Cupertino and satisfaction with City services.
In 2017, the City contracted with professional polling firm Godbe Research Associates (GRA) and McGuire Research to conduct the biennial survey the first and second week of April 2017. During this time, residents may receive an email from citymanager@cupertino.gov or phone call inviting them to participate in the City of Cupertino’s community survey.
While past year surveys have been exclusively conducted by phone, in 2017 the firm is conducting an online poll, which will be supplemented by a telephone survey to ensure that respondents adequately reflect demographic groups within the City. Residents will be selected at random using resident contact information from voter roles and the City’s Parks and Recreation database. Telephone surveys will be available in Mandarin, if requested.
