Public Works - Facilities & Fleet Division
The Facilities Division is responsible for:
- 13 public buildings
- 9 park restrooms
Maintenance responsibility includes:
- Materials within the foot print of the building including:
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Building equipment
- Emergency generators
- Communication.
- Security systems
- Water displays at Community Hall
- Pool maintenance at Blackberry Farm
- Vehicle and equipment fleet
- Fuel tank facilities at City Hall and Service Center
Janitorial services are provided to the City by a qualified vendor under a multi-year competitively bid contract. The current vendor is Impec Group, Inc.

For removal: the City recommends looking in a telephone book under "Bee Removal" and contact someone listed there.
For bees in a city street tree contact the Trees and Right of Way Division at 408.777.3269.
For bees in a city park contact the Grounds Division at 408.777.3269.
