2024 Earth and Arbor Day Festival

On Saturday, April 20, the City of Cupertino celebrated its 16th annual Earth and Arbor Day Festival. This year, Cupertino’s festival hosted 90 tabling partners, 102 volunteers, 7 sponsors, and presented 12 performances. Activities included a rock-climbing wall, Recycletek truck, Beam solar chargers, electric vehicle demonstrations, upcycled crafts, planting seeds, waste sorting, face painting, live performances on a solar-powered stage, and food trucks. A proclamation recognizing Arbor Day, was presented by Mayor Mohan, followed by tree planting at Wilson Park. Hundreds of attendees gathered in excellent weather to learn, play games, and enjoy the day.
