Baer Blacksmith Shop Demonstration

The Baer Blacksmith Shop at McClellan Ranch Preserve might look like just another building, but this restored blacksmith shop dates back to the 1880s.

 

Originally located at the crossroads of Stevens Creek and De Anza Boulevard, the Baer Blacksmith Shop was moved to McClellan, preserving a historical piece of early Cupertino.

 

You can stop by the restored blacksmith shop between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and learn about early Cupertino. We will have the forged fired up, and an experienced metalworker will give demonstrations.
